The Gallery's Community Outreach programme delivers workshops and talks all around Ireland and in a diverse range of venues, from schools and education centres, arts centres and local museums to libraries, prisons, hospitals and festivals.
Outreach events are provided by a team of artists and art historians, all of whom have experience working with children and adults with diverse interests and needs.
Why not invite an artist into your classroom? Community Outreach tutors are available to visit your school and conduct workshops designed around works in the Collection. Workshops usually take the form of an interactive talk, followed by a practical art session.
Outreach programmes include:
Disability & Healthcare
The Outreach team are happy to tailor programmes to your group’s requirements or interests so please feel free to contact us if you have a particular requirement. Check out our projects for some examples of the types of programmes available.
