The Friends of the National Gallery of Ireland are delighted to welcome Ardal O’Hanlon, Dr Roisín Kennedy and Director Gerry Hoban, for a very special screening of The Geneva Window - Through a Glass Darkly.
Ardal O’Hanlon explores the mystery of the Geneva Window: a masterpiece of Irish art commissioned by the Irish Free State but ultimately rejected, abandoned and hidden away for fear of scandalising the nation.
The Geneva Window - Through a Glass Darkly: originally produced by Strike Films for Oireachtas TV with the support of the Sound & Vision fund of Coimisiún na Meán.
