A series of talks, in association with the exhibition Vermeer and the Masters of Genre Painting: Inspiration and Rivalry, were recorded in the National Gallery of Ireland's lecture theatre in June and July 2017, with speakers Dr Arthur Wheelock (National Gallery, Washington); Tracy Chevalier (author of 'Girl with the Pearl Earring'); Marieke de Winkel (writer and art historian); and Quentin Buvelot (Mauritshuis).
