Join artist Nicola Sedgwick for a tutored lunchtime drawing session.
This event takes place in front of Nicolas Poussin’s The Lamentation of the Dead Christ. With Nicola’s expert guidance, you’ll explore the painting’s composition, form, and technique as you create your own sketches.
The Gallery provides drawing materials, though you’re welcome to bring your own. Drawing the Collection is a monthly event, offering the opportunity to sketch in front of a different masterpiece each session.
- All basic drawing materials will be available; however participants are welcome to bring their own
- The session will begin at 1pm and conclude at 2.15pm
- The price is €5 with a concession rate available for OAPs and Friends
- Participants must book in advance
