AIB Young Portrait Prize 2025

The annual AIB Portrait Prize returns in 2025, celebrating contemporary portraiture by Irish artists from Ireland and abroad, with a €15,000 prize for the winner. Running alongside it, the AIB Young Portrait Prize encourages creativity and self-expression among young artists up to the age of 18. Both competitions culminate in an exhibition of 40 shortlisted works, running from 8 November 2025 to 15 March 2026 in The Portrait Gallery. Winners will be announced at a ceremony in November 2025.
