Sketching is an intense and surprisingly relaxing way of appreciating all that the Gallery has to offer. No artistic ability required, just a willingness to get creative! Book your place at the link above.

  • We will provide clipboards, paper and pencils
  • You can bring your own dry materials, if you like
  • No wet materials (paint, watercolour etc.) allowed
  • Meet your guide in the Atrium near the Merrion Square information desk.
  • Read our Visitor Guide for details of what to expect on your visit to the Gallery.
  • A Sketching tour of the permanent collection or other exhibitions takes place at 1.00pm on the first Saturday of every month.
