Join Sarah Douglas, a qualified Sound Healing Practitioner, to experience a relaxing and restorative Sound Bath in the beautiful surroundings of the National Gallery. Immerse yourself in the sound of percussive and melodic instruments and let the resonance of the sounds relieve daily stress and tension and bring new, fresh energy to your life.
Please remember to bring your own mat and blanket, and to ensure you are well hydrated after the session.
Health & Safety Disclaimer: These sessions are not suitable for anyone who: suffers from acute inflammation or infection; has advanced stage 4 cancer; suffers from Raynaud’s Disease; has undergone surgery in the last six months; has a pacemaker; is in the first trimester of pregnancy; suffers from Buergera’s Disease; takes mental health medication. Should any of the above apply, these sessions are not available to you. By participating in sound bath sessions at the National Gallery of Ireland, you acknowledge that it is your choice to receive Sound Healing Massage and you understand that the practitioner will be using gentle sound and vibration during the sessions on/around you. You agree to take responsibility for your own health and well-being in relation to our sound bath sessions. By participating you also confirm that you have received medical approval to take part and that you knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have against the National Gallery of Ireland, the sound bath practitioner or any other participants for injury or damages that you may sustain as a result of participating in these sound bath sessions.
