Eleanor Margey (age 11)
Magnifying Glasses, 2021
Drawing pencils and white pen on paper
Eleanor says: ‘This is a self-portrait drawn during lockdown. I appreciated having time to notice the little details to include in my art. Usually portraits have serious expressions and I wanted to capture my personality. This is one of my funny faces with my glasses magnifying my eyes. I like to make people laugh and it is good to have fun.’
