Conor O’Leary
Fiona and Woody, Evening Light, 2018
Photograph
Recalling the moment he made this photograph, Conor writes, ‘It was a warm evening when we returned home to rest before dinner. We were exhausted from the previous night’s lack of sleep. Our son Woody was teething and had an unsettled night. Unaware I was making the portrait; Fiona stood holding Woody as evening sunlight washed over them. This portrait forms part of a lifelong series of our family.’
