‘Flanked by two older and two younger brothers it was difficult for me to fathom how God didn’t answer my prayers when I asked for a sister. My mother put my baby brother Philip in my arms and it wasn’t hard to love him. Oils were used to paint Philip with a pensive expression in vibrant colours to show his bright and mischievous nature.’
